The blessings of being able to use your own sister as a model is so much fun! Just had to say that first of all! So thank you for being such a trooper and stickin' through the photo session with me sista'! What's even better, is the fact that the outfits featured are all from our common everyday stores. Anything from Walmart, to Goodwill, to Target, to Salvation Army! A girl can still be stylish and look "expensive" without having to wear makeup, jewelry, etc. Pentecostal women can actually find some decent clothing without having to fret. So when in need of help, I will let y'all know when there is a discount, sale, or anything of that matter at a store that is cheap, yet beneficial to your closet. I live in New York, so its much more difficult to find nice and modest clothing for cheap. Dainty Jewell's has asked for me to submit a post that has to do with a specific caetgory: Modesty On Budget. This first outfit above has pieces that I bought from a number of different stores. The pink blazer, from JCPenny's, was about $15 dollars. I bought it a little over a year ago. The skirt was on clearance at Target for $11! What a steal! There were even some shorter skirts that were on clearance for $7. I bought the skirt about two weeks ago so there may still be some left. The black heels were from Payless, and when I used a coupon they sent me in the mail for signing up to be a member, I got 20% of, coming to a grand total of about $15. The outfit all together came to be $41-$42! Can't get too much better than that!
