Bright Design, And You Will Shine!   (Part 3/6)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  This is a good idea for a night service at church. You can buy a brightly designed dress, even if it has no sleeves, put a cropped cardigan over it, add a pencil skirt under it, then you are all set! The zig-zag designed dress has "sleeves" that are thicker than spaghetti straps, but not exactly full sleeves. It is pretty close to knee length but definitely not over the knee. It almost feels like silk in a way but its more of a thin material. I purchased it at Walmart for $5 and there were many other designs that i decided not to buy. The black cotton pencil skirt was also from Walmart (about 2 years ago) when they had a large selection of them in different colors such as blue, maroon, red, black, and gray. It is great for casual, fancy, and comfy outfits any day, and cost $5 as well! The black heels are the same ones that I used in a previous outfit. They were from Payless and they cost around $15. In all honesty, I do not recall where I purchased the black cropped cardigan, but I have found some at Walmart and Target recently. I am also not positive as to what the cost of it was. So, with that being said, without the cardigan, this outfit came to an approximate total of $25.
